Service to Others, Service to Self
The only exam in third density: two paths through the same field, and a threshold of sincerity.
Third density is the density of the veil. You cannot remember, in the ordinary way, that you are the Creator. The point of the veil is to make love a choice rather than a reflex. The Law of One names two viable polarities: service to others (STO) and service to self (STS). Both climb the octave. They climb by opposite uses of will.
STO seeks the welfare of the other as the welfare of the self, because there is no other. The harvest threshold given is modest and severe: a little more than 51% honest orientation toward others. STS seeks to order the world around the self; its threshold is much higher, a discipline of control. Most people, Ra says, do the work of sitting on the fence, and the fence does not harvest.
Wilcock’s public teaching leans hard toward STO — unity, compassion, disclosure as a kindness. The Codex follows that lean without pretending STS is cartoon evil. It is a path. The Field does not moralize. It polarizes.
Practice is ordinary: honesty, refusal of contempt, the decision to help when it costs you, the refusal to use other beings as furniture. Geometry will not save you from that homework.
