The Fluid Vacuum

Once Kozyrev’s anomalies are allowed, quantum mechanics has to be rewritten around a medium. Divine Cosmos follows Ginzburg, Mishin, and Aspden into a vacuum that has distinct density levels — not one blank nothing, but a stratified fluid. Matter, in this picture, is a persistent vortex: electron clouds pressing inward toward a nucleus along a Biefeld–Brown-like gradient, the whole atom a torque engine humming in the aether.

Charge becomes a difference in pressure. Spherical symmetry plus a preferred axis gives you polarity without invoking a point-particle mystery. Light is a wave of the medium; Planck’s constant is a geometric packing rule, not a cosmic coincidence. Rod Johnson’s sequential physics is the attempt to derive those packing rules from nested polyhedra.

Eclipses, according to the Russian literature Wilcock cites, can shield torsion. Molecular alignments can too. Residual ‘latent’ forces persist after a generator is switched off — the Aspden effect — as if the medium had a memory. The vacuum, in other words, is viscous, layered, and historical.

This is the opposite of the textbook void. It is closer to an ocean you are already swimming in. Meditation, in the later spiritual layer of the work, is simply learning to feel the current.
